To begin with, let me warn you that I am not a language expert. I one among those of you, who want to learn foreign language, fast and hassle free. I am a bit serious about learning a few foreign languages like French, German and Spanish. So I started searching for quick and effective methods of learning a foreign language. The various forms of business entities that are prevalent in India are as follows:

Sole Proprietorship: The business is owned by a single entity(no other partners involved); leaving no legal distinction between the business and owner of the business. All profits and losses is accrued by the sole proprietor, and the proprietor is personally liable for all debts. That leaves him with unlimited liability, meaning in case the business goes bankrupt, then the debts are to be paid from the personal properties of the proprietor.
Partnership – liability is joint and several and is unlimited.
Limited Liability Partnership - Liability is limited
HUF (Hindu Undivided Family) – businesses owned by a joint family belonging to Hindu religion. Even though Jain and Sikh families are not governed by the Hindu law, they can still form a HUF.
Cooperative
Family Owned Business
Pvt. Ltd. (Private Limited Company): ≈ Ltd. (UK). May have 2–50 shareholders; shares are held privately and can not be offered to public.

Think about that: Is it really about who you are, or is it about what you do?

You can’t change who you are. You can change what you do.

In other words, if people hate you because you are prettier than them, or smarter, or less conservative, or more optimistic, or more playful, there’s probably not a darn thing you can do about that. So ignore the s.o.b.s and find other people to care about.

On the other hand, if people hate you because you’re always dropping snide one-liners on them, or putting them down, or acting like god’s gift to the trailer park, THAT you can change, and might want to consider changing.

One is who you are; the other is what you do. Capiche?
